Shipment Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can always reference your past orders in through your personal account login.

Taxes, Duties, Customs and Fees

Hills Point Industries, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Taxes for your order will be calculated and displayed in the checkout cart and will vary depending on the tax jurisdiction of the applicable state. 

Shipment Damages

We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier. Please ensure to save all packaging materials and damaged materials before filing your claim. For more information or help regarding damaged or lost orders, you can contact us directly through email at [email protected].

International Shipping

We currently do not offer shipment to countries outside of the United States. 

Return Policy

To ensure your shopping experience, we provide the following after-sales services:
15-day unconditional return and exchange
Within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods, the goods must meet the following conditions to apply for return and exchange:

The goods and gifts are kept intact, unused, undamaged, and unstained

Original packaging, labels, and accessories are complete

Except for special products (see the description below)

7-day refund
After the returned goods are shipped and passed our quality inspection, the original payment will be returned within 7 working days.
